People love to hear sad music when broken hearts, or hear songs up beat when their hearts are happy, and so the magic of music can affect emotions. As quoted from lifehack.org, a study shows that when listening to preferred music, your brain releases dopamine, a compound that makes you happier.
Valorie Salimpoor, a neuroscientist from McGill University, injects radioactive substances that can identify dopamine into the body of eight music lovers. As a result, after listening to their favorite music, these eight were tested on PET scans and showed there was a large amount of dopamine released from the brain to the body that caused participants to feel happy, happy and joyful emotions.
It's just like releasing sadness, sadness or heartbreak, the song helps to indulge the feelings that are held in the heart, making it more relieved and more receptive to what is going on. Even just listening to music alone can get carried away with emotions and imagine many things.
Every human being must ever feel down in life, male or female, occasionally will experience it. So do I. Many things that happened did not match my expectations that made me feel disappointed or sad.
Listening to music can be an alternative for me to entertain myself. The music, the singing sound and even the meaning of the lyrics contained in the song can make me feel better.
There is one song that I really like, that is I Live My Life for You from Firehouse. This is one of the best slow rock groups of all time.for me, Song about relationship with my God, my parents, my wife and childrens. Listening to this song made me feel more excited again, bounced back when feeling down. Because this song reminds God to always be grateful for what I have gained, although there is sadness for things that do not match my expectations, however, it becomes my belief that God always gives the best for my life. In this song also makes me inspired to be a better man again, I do not want to be dissolved in the sadness etapi as soon as I have to be able to restore my mood to get better and live the days with more spirit, for the sake of my parents and my very small family loving. This song is very inspiring for me. The lyrics of the song are:

You know you're everything to me
And I could never see, the two of us apart
And you know I give myself to you
And no matter what you do, I promise you my heart
I've built my world around you and I want you to know
I need you, like I've never needed anyone before
2-I live my life for you
I want to be by your side in everything that you do
And if there's only one thing you can believe is true
I live my life for you
I dedicated my life to you
You know that I would die for you
But our love would last forever
And I will always be with you
And there is nothing we can't do
As long as we're together
I just can't live without you, and I want you to know
I need you like I've never needed anyone before
(repeat 2, 1)
Wow, yeah I live my life for you

This song was written by the FireHouse songwriting tandem of lead singer CJ Snare and guitarist Bill Leverty. Snare wrote the song about his wife-at-the-time, who turned out not to be his love of a lifetime - the couple later split. "I woke up at 5:00 in the morning and wrote that with her in mind," Snare said in our 2014 interview.
FireHouse was swimming upstream with this power ballad, since by 1995 the charts were dominated by R&B/hip-hop and melodic pop. Hair metal mainstays like Poison and Mötley Crüe had fallen out of favor along with their hit ballads. FireHouse extended their run with this song, however, which was the biggest hit from their third album. Their first two albums each contained big ballads that were very successful: "Love of a Lifetime" and "When I Look Into Your Eyes."
